This is Jaycie's Ariel doll. She is a bath tub toy that has probably been in the tub once ever and has experienced many uncomfortable procedures...please note her face. Well, the other morning I was getting Jaycie ready for school. I was doing her hair and as I was doing this Jaycie was brushing Ariel's hair. She said "Her hair is so soft Mommy." At first I thought nothing of this. But after a minute or so I began to wonder WHY her hair was so soft. I asked, "Jaycie, did you put something in Ariel's hair?"
She hesitated a bit and then asked, "Well, if I tell you will you be mad at me?"
Her back was turned to me and I instantly cracked a smile, "No, I won't be mad."
"It's lipgloss," she said.
Ahhh...thanks Jaycie!! That's exactly what I've been missing to give my hair that soft shimmery look!! You are one smart little cookie!

I know...how could I be mad at her, right? Not when she turned on the charm like that!
